Breathe Doula Package

This package includes:

The initial interview to be sure we are a good match.
3 prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, labor, postpartum, questions, concerns or anything you would like to talk about.
Unlimited email support and phone support from the date hired.
Unlimited Biofield tuning sessions.
On-Call support starting at 37 weeks. I will have this time reserved for you and only your needs, as well as two weeks after to accommodate any variance.
Once your labor begins and you decide to have me join you, I will remain with you and your support team until you give birth and up to two hours after or once you are settled in and ready for quiet family time. I do work with a back up doula should the need arise.
2 Postpartum visits to ensure all you questions are answered, some light pampering and releasing the birthing energies to make room for the new journey ahead.
1 postpartum energy cleanse
Herbal teas/tinctures and EO Blends
Lactation and baby wearing support.

Ideal for the second/+ time parents who have previously used a doula and do not require as much educational support.
