Family
I enjoy spending my time with my family! We frequent the local museums, theaters, playgrounds, and beaches. How we love to spend the evenings chasing waves and watching the sunset during the summer months!

Animals
I am a lover of all animals. They are my fur family and it makes my happy to see them flourish. They provide me with a comfort that no human could offer. Our family currently has one dog, four cats a guinea pig, and dwarf hamster. We are hoping to get back into chicken keeping this summer.

Biofield Tuning Practitioner
I am a big believer in energies and auras. My side gig outside of the birth world is Biofield Tuning. I am a certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner and work with tuning forks both on and off of the body within a client’s energetic field. This modality is great for relieving blocked and stagnant energy allowing the individual decreased stress, increased mental clarity, restorative sleep, pain relief, trauma release, and more! This pairs so well with prenatal and postpartum clients!

Tattoos
If there is any wiggle room for a new tattoo, I'm in! I love adding in new art from different artists. This piece is my most current done by one of my doula clients!

Plants
Since 2020, I have become quite the house plant connoisseur. Weekend farmers markets lead to new members to the house plant club. So far, I've only lost a few and have about 25 plants!
